About the Role:
As a Senior Process Consultant, you will lead complex consulting projects and drive strategic process improvements for our clients. This leadership role requires significant experience in process consulting and the ability to mentor junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting engagements from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive process improvement strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing leadership and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process consulting or related fields.
- ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 certification (any one) is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
